This is a suit for damages ex delicto in the amount of $50,000, for personal injuries sustained by petitioner while working on a plant which was being erected for the defendant, Columbian Carbon Company. At the time of the accident, petitioner was in the employ of Horace B. Rickey, Inc., a contractor for the defendant. The Lower Court rendered judgment in favor of defendant and dismissed the petitioner...
