Smith, Joe Taylor, and Eli Snyder with the theft of 15,000 pounds of steel belonging to A.M. Castle & Company, a corporation. Except for Snyder, who was a scrap metal dealer, all of those charged were employees of the corporation and worked in or about a warehouse where...
