This is an action for damages for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff while operating a freight elevator in defendant Du Boef's building. At the conclusion of plaintiff's evidence, Du Boef made a motion for nonsuit, which was granted. Plaintiff has appealed from the ensuing judgment.
