Mr. JUSTICE HERSHEY delivered the opinion of the court:

Defendant Vincent Neukom, together with Roscoe Bush and Melvin Raybon, was indicted by the grand jury of Winnebago County on two counts. The first count charged robbery, and the second larceny from the person of Robert Scott. Each defendant pleaded not guilty, and pursuant to motion Neukom and Raybon were granted a severance from Bush. Neukom together with Raybon was tried by jury....
