Memorandum Findings of Fact and Opinion

OPPER, Judge:

Respondent determined a deficiency in petitioner's income tax for 1950 of $5,297.39. Petitioner apparently concedes that the amount in dispute is $5,262.35. The only issue is whether petitioner's bad debt loss resulting from unpaid loans to a corporation constituted a business or nonbusiness bad debt.
