Plaintiff-appellant has appealed from a judgment of the District Court dismissing his suit for personal injuries and property damage allegedly suffered by him as the result of an automobile collision between his car and that of the defendant-appellee which occurred on July 16, 1958, at about 3:30 P.M. on U. S. Highway No. 61, approximately ten miles north of St. Francisville, La., in West Feliciana Parish.
