Dozier, individually and on behalf of his minor daughter, Mary Ann, for property damages, medical bills and alleged personal injuries resulting to the minor as a consequence of an automobile accident which occurred on December 7, 1957, in the City of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Subsequent to the institution of the suit and prior to the trial, his minor daughter was emancipated by marriage and substituted as a party plaintiff...
