Morris Brown, plaintiff-appellee, filed this suit for total and permanent disability under the Louisiana Workmen's Compensation Act against M. A. Pope, and Crown Zellerbach Corporation, for injuries allegedly suffered as the result of an automobile accident on February 7, 1957, between six and six twenty A.M. in the Parish of Livingston, La., on U. S. Highway 190, while Brown was riding on a tractor being towed to the woods to be used in hauling pulp...
