This is an action in tort in which plaintiff, Mrs. Cecelia LeBlanc Day, the duly qualified natural tutrix of her minor children, Judy Dianne Day and Randall Joseph Day, seeks to recover the sum of $255,058.28, individually, and the sum of $155,600 for the use and benefit of each of her said minor children, as damages for the alleged wrongful death of Willie D. Day, husband of plaintiff, Cecelia LeBlanc Day, and father of said minors, who died March...
