This is a tort action arising out of an automobile accident which occurred in the Parish of East Baton Rouge on September 20, 1957, wherein the plaintiff's minor daughter, Kathleen Davis, sustained physical injuries. In his original petition the plaintiff sought, individually, the costs and expenses which he had suffered together with the sum of $500 for estimated future medical expenses and, for and on behalf of his minor child, the sum of $25,000...
