A variance had been granted by said Board to the Industrial Salvage, Inc., at 1741 Naomi Street, Indianapolis, permitting construction and operation of an industrial salvage yard with offstreet parking and loading spaces in an area zoned for industrial use but not the use proposed by said corporation...
