This is a suit for damages allegedly sustained by the plaintiff in an intersectional automobile accident which occurred in the City of Baton Rouge on November 1, 1956. After trial on the merits the lower Court rendered judgment in favor of the plaintiff and against both the defendants, Great American Indemnity Company and State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, in solido in the sum of $8,500.
