In this diversity action for specific performance, the principal question is whether William G. Bokelman, plaintiff below, occupied certain real estate in Kansas City, Missouri, under a valid and existing written lease containing an option to purchase, which had been executed by Mr. and Mrs. Brazeal, defendants in the trial court.
