MARTIN, Judge.

This is an appeal from the decision of the Commissioner of Patents, acting through the Assistant Commissioner, affirming the decision of the Examiner of Trademarks refusing to register "Official" as a trademark for seal presses.

Appellant affixes the mark in question on a press designed to removably receive various dies for impressing embossed seals. The seals impressed may be of any character such as the familiar corporate or notarial seals...
