These are petitions to review two decisions of the Tax Court, 31 T.C. 990 and 998, adverse to the taxpayers. Both cases arise out of a plan for reducing income taxes by deductions for the alleged payment of interest on loans to finance the purchase of Government bonds, which was devised by M.
