TOMLINSON, Justice.

This is an appeal by Mr. Mallette from the judgment of the Trial Court disallowing Mallette's petition for an award under the Workmen Compensation Law, T.C.A. § 50-901 et seq. He was in the employ of the defendant, Mercury Outboard Supply Company, as a night watchman at the time of receipt of injuries upon which he bases his claim. He is suffering a permanent partial disability of 75% to 80% of the body as a whole.
