Plaintiff, Florence E. Lyon, widow of Lolla Thomas Lyon, filed this suit in the Circuit Court of Laclede County to recover $25,000 as damages for the wrongful death of her husband. The defendant is the administratrix of the estate of Henry Monroe Southard, deceased. Lyon came to his death as a result of a collision between a car driven by Southard and one driven by him, Lyon.
