This is an appeal from the denial of a motion to vacate a ten-year sentence imposed upon a plea of guilty of the crime of bank robbery.

From the clear and elucidating opinion of United States District Judge Freeman, it appears that the appellant, Charles Howard, was represented by counsel at the time he entered his plea of guilty to the charge of violation of the Federal Bank Robbery Statute, 18 U.S. C.A. § 2113.
