This action grew out of an attorney-client relationship established between attorney William V. Banks, plaintiff herein, and defendant, Joseph Billups, in the year 1931 when defendant employed plaintiff to probate the estate of his deceased wife. Accordingly in 1931 plaintiff was appointed administrator of her estate in Kent county, Michigan.
