These are appeals from final judgments dismissing separate suits by Walter Brandeis and Loyal B. Cohn for refund of income taxes paid for the years 1949 and 1950.1 Timely claims for refund were filed and denied. Jurisdiction is established. The same material facts and the same issues are involved in each of these appeals.
