Appellee sued appellant for rent due under a lease executed December 2, 1954. The lease was for a term of four years from December 1, 1954. Monthly rental of $125 was fixed in the lease. Appellant immediately entered into possession of the suite of offices alleged to be covered by the lease and remained in possession until February, 1956, when he moved out.
