This appeal is from a divorce decree rendered by the Circuit Court of Dade County. The appellant, who was the plaintiff below, filed suit for divorce against his wife on October 31, 1956, charging cruelty, ungovernable temper and adultery. The appellee answered denying the husband's allegations and counterclaimed for divorce charging him with cruelty, intemperance and adultery. There were no children involved.
