EDWARDS, J.

This is a suit by a father, as guardian of his minor son, for injuries received by the boy as a result of a collision between a bicycle on which he was riding and an automobile driven by defendant.

On trial of this case in Wayne circuit court, a jury found in favor of the defendant in a verdict of no cause for action, and plaintiff appeals claiming various errors and seeking a new trial.
