Plaintiff brought this action to recover damages for injuries sustained in a traffic accident which occurred on Thanksgiving Day, November 22, 1956, in Newaygo county. About noon of said day plaintiff was riding in an automobile driven by Theodore Pierson. The testimony in the case indicates that plaintiff was a guest passenger.
