L. T. Hicks has filed in this Court a petition for a writ of certiorari seeking to review the action of the trial court in setting aside a default judgment. Hicks had caused a writ of garnishment to be issued against B. C. Baker in an attempt to collect a judgment against one N. M. Scoggins.
