Eleanor Worrill Dudley, operating under the name of the Worrill-Dudley School of Speech, filed a petition for both legal and equitable relief, in the Superior Court of Chatham County, against Louis Scott. Her petition was twice amended, and general and special demurrers interposed thereto were overruled and the defendant excepted to that judgment. The amended petition complains about the way in which the defendant operates his airport, which is located...
