One Roy Albert Wright, an employee of the Missouri-Kansas-Texas Railroad Company of Texas, sustained injuries resulting in death while acting within the scope and course of his employment. His widow was appointed Administratrix of his estate and brought suit against the Railroad for the use and benefit of herself and two minor children under provisions of the Federal Employers' Liability Act ...
