The testator, through corporations which he controlled, was the owner and publisher of two of the nation's leading newspapers, the New York World and the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. He executed his will in 1904 and a first codicil thereto in 1909 and in the sixth article of the latter instrument he created a testamentary trust of his capital stock in the newspaper publishing companies...
