EDWARDS, J.

This case concerns an automobile-pedestrian accident. It occurred at about 4 p.m. on February 27, 1953, on River street, in the city of Battle Creek. Plaintiff Ware was walking east across River street, and defendant Nelson was driving south on River street, when the accident occurred. As a result of it, plaintiff had 2 teeth broken off, and suffered facial injuries and a sprained shoulder.
