This is a venue appeal in which appellees who successfully defended venue in the Trial Court rely primarily, if not solely, upon the provisions of Subd. 14, Art. 1995, Vernon's Ann.Civ.St., relating to land suits the proper applicability of which usually depends, except for proof of the location of the land, wholly upon the allegations of the plaintiffs' petition.
