Upon his plea of guilty before the court without a jury, appellant was convicted under the fourth count of the indictment of the felony offense of unlawfully and knowingly using and permitting property to be used in connection with bookmaking in violation of Art. 652a, sec. 4, Vernon's Ann. P.C., and his punishment assessed at confinement in the county jail for 30 days and a fine of $250.
