Miami Gardens, Inc., appellant here, brought an action for foreclosure of a first mortgage. The appellee Wilbur D. Lunsford answered and counterclaimed for foreclosure of a second mortgage held by him. The final decree which plaintiff seeks to have reversed held that under the facts hereinafter recited plaintiff's equitable title had merged with legal title later acquired by it, making it the fee simple...
