This is an appeal by the United States from an order of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts dismissing five indictments charging the appellee, Socony Mobil Oil Company, Inc., with violations of Section 1 of the Sherman Act, 26 Stat. 209, as amended, 15 U.S.C.A. § 1.
