This is an action for damages for personal injuries brought by appellee Reuben Grant against J. R. Hobbs and A. W. Wilson doing business as Hobbs and Wilson Transport Company.

Appellee was an employee of the Texas Highway Department and was injured when he was in the act of operating a lever on a moving oil truck owned and operated by appellants. Oil was transported by appellants to mixing or gravel pits where the oil was released by means...
