In the District Court plaintiffs, appellants in this court, filed their complaint April 29, 1955, seeking a judgment declaring null and void Fraud Order No. 3006 issued by the Postmaster General pursuant to Rev. Stat. §§ 3929, 4041 (1875), as amended, 39 U.S.C.A. §§ 259, 732, and enjoining its enforcement on the ground of its alleged invalidity at the time it was issued June 20, 1925.
