Per Curiam.

In this action in tort for personal injuries here appealed on questions of law, the jury returned a verdict in favor of the plaintiff, a minor child aged three years, in the sum of $10,000, upon which judgment was rendered.

The injuries arose from an accident which occurred on March 26, 1954, on the public sidewalk in front of premises known as 319 East 323rd Street in the village of Willowick...
