This is a workmen's compensation suit. Plaintiff, a longshoreman, while working in that capacity for the defendant on January 3, 1956, was injured when his heel caught in a piece of dunnage causing him to fall. He bent his elbow and twisted his heel but later complained of pain in his right arm and back.
