This is a habeas corpus proceeding involving the custody of two minor children, Oscar Gladney, a minor 13 years of age, and Claudia Gladney, a minor 12 years of age. The petition for a writ of habeas corpus was filed on July 5, 1957, by Alice Gladney, the paternal grandmother of the two children, against Arletha J.
