When this case was here before, plaintiff presented it purely and simply on the theory that his rights as a lawyer had been violated. He even claimed he had been damaged "in his profession" to the extent of $25,000, which he demanded from plaintiff, in addition to his prayer for declaratory and injunctive relief.
