The plaintiff-respondent sued the defendants-appellants for personal injuries incurred in an intersectional automobile collision on May 24, 1950. We shall refer to the parties as they appeared below. Plaintiff alleged negligence in failing to keep a lookout ahead and laterally, excessive speed, and negligence in driving into the intersection against a red traffic control light.
