The city of East Grand Rapids, by petition for and duly authorized intervention, supports plaintiff's bill and prays for the same relief; that of enjoining defendant permanently from pursuit of resolved proceedings which, if valid, are made so by PA 1957, No 4 (CL 1948, § 121.1 et seq. ...
