This is an appeal from a judgment entered pursuant to a peremptory writ of mandamus requiring defendant1 to permit plaintiff to examine its books and copy its lists of participating policyholders and shareholders and from a temporary injunction restraining defendant from soliciting proxies from participating policyholders until plaintiff shall have completed copying such lists.
