This is an action of tort to recover for personal injuries received in a collision of automobiles. There are two defendants, Robert J. Raymond and his son Robert J. Raymond, Junior. In counts 1 and 3 of the plaintiff's declaration they are charged respectively with negligent operation of an automobile and in counts 2 and 4 with operating an automobile illegally registered.
