In July, 1956 a Ford Thunderbird automobile belonging to plaintiff was almost completely demolished in an upset or collision accident, and thereafter such owner instituted this suit in the Fifteenth Judicial District Court for the Parish of Lafayette seeking judgment condemning the Reserve Insurance Company and Calvert Fire Insurance Company (referred to hereinafter as Reserve and Calvert, respectively...
