Plaintiffs, Philip H. Sizeler and his wife, Conchita Sizeler, on November 7, 1956, instituted this suit against the defendant, the Employers' Liability Assurance Corporation, Ltd., the insurer of Stephens Buick Company, endeavoring to recover the sum of $2,093, representing personal injuries and medical expenses incurred on October 21, 1955, when the door of the Stephens Buick Company limousine in which plaintiffs were riding from its parking facilities...
