The parties hereto, as appropriate, will be referred to either by name or as they appeared in the trial court wherein plaintiffs in error were plaintiffs and defendants in error were defendants.

On December 1, 1948, plaintiffs suffered a loss to business property located at 301 South Union Avenue, Pueblo, Colorado. Investigation disclosed the damage was occasioned by two explosions of gas which had escaped from the Pueblo Gas and Fuel Company...
