Levin, Inc., a licensed New Jersey broker, sued defendants Sylvan Builders, Inc., Frank Joy, Sr., and Frank Joy, Jr., to recover brokerage commissions of which they were allegedly deprived by reason of defendants' fraud, deceit and tortious interference with plaintiffs...
