FINLEY, J.

On January 18, 1957, the port of Seattle filed an action to enjoin the defendant unions, their members and representatives, from striking and picketing its terminal and warehouse operations. On January 19th, the trial court issued a temporary restraining order pending a hearing set for January 22nd. After the hearing, the trial court issued a temporary injunction, and the defendants thereupon appealed.
