Plaintiff, Thomas G. Kern, has brought this action to recover for damages sustained by his automobile allegedly due to the negligence of an employee of the defendant, Claude W. Bumpas, in failing to properly secure a drain plug after changing the oil in plaintiff's automobile. The case was tried on its merits and was decisioned in favor of the defendant.
