The two questions presented on this appeal are: (1) Whether there was a "theft" of the trailer within the meaning of the policy issued by the defendant; and (2) whether the amount of plaintiff's recovery in any event should be reduced by one half because Mrs. Heinen was a co-owner of the trailer.
